Shipping policy
We ship anywhere in New Zealand. Orders are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse, usually the same or next business day.
Shipping rates
- Urban addresses: $4.00, or free on orders over $40
- Rural addresses: $7.00, or $6.00 on orders over $40
- Waiheke Island: $10.00, or $6.00 on orders over $40
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch. Rural deliveries can take a day or two longer. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
International orders
We currently ship within New Zealand only. If you are overseas and would like our products, contact us and we will let you know if we can help.
Damaged or missing deliveries
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, missing, or not what you ordered, email us at info@originhealth.co.nz and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
